feat(deps): update module github.com/prometheus/client_golang ( v1.23.2 → v1.24.1 ) 86a81cec0f

feat(deps): update opentelemetry-go monorepo ( v1.43.0 -> v1.46.0 ) ... 14eb00ed67

Applied manually via go.mod edit + go mod tidy instead of cherry-pick
from renovate/opentelemetry-go-monorepo (5879795), because that
commit's regenerated go.mod/go.sum conflicted with the already-applied
prometheus/client_golang bump on shared transitive dependencies
(grpc-gateway, klauspost/compress, golang.org/x/*, google.golang.org/*).

fix(deps): update module github.com/miekg/dns ( v1.1.62 -> v1.1.73 ) ... cd1398e1ea

Applied manually via go.mod edit + go mod tidy instead of cherry-pick
from renovate/github.com-miekg-dns-1.x (cb616cb), because that commit's
regenerated go.mod/go.sum conflicted with prior dependency bumps
already on this branch.

Build, vet, and internal/dns tests pass unchanged.

fix(deps): update module github.com/twmb/franz-go ( v1.21.1 -> v1.21.6 ) ... 4dd9e1c2f7

Applied manually via go.mod edit + go mod tidy instead of cherry-pick
from renovate/github.com-twmb-franz-go-1.x (15f31f4), to avoid go.sum
conflicts with prior bumps already on this branch.

Build, vet, and internal/spf (Kafka SPF analytics) tests pass unchanged.
