Incorporated: #4 (miekg/dns), lib/pq 1.10.9->1.12.3 (no open PR — branch update only), #8 (prometheus/client_golang, plus go mod tidy fixups after merge conflict resolution), #9 (opentelemetry-go-contrib otelhttp), opentelemetry-go monorepo 1.43.0->1.46.0 (no open PR — branch update only, plus a follow-up go mod tidy fixup), #5 (gorm.io/driver/postgres, plus go mod tidy) — this transitively bumped gorm.io/gorm to v1.31.2, satisfying #10 without a separate cherry-pick, #3 (mattn/go-sqlite3, verified via CGO_ENABLED=1 go test ./internal/db/...), docker.io/library/golang 1.25->1.27 (no open PR — branch update only), #13 (actions/checkout v7), #14 (actions/setup-go v7). All left out: none — every open Renovate PR for this repo is incorporated. CGO_ENABLED=1 go build ./..., go vet ./..., and go test ./... all verified clean on the final branch.

fix(deps): update module gorm.io/driver/postgres ( v1.6.0 → v1.6.2 ) fe53e95010

chore: go mod tidy after gorm/postgres driver bump e8cb415dd0

gorm.io/driver/postgres v1.6.2 pulled gorm.io/gorm to v1.31.2 as a
transitive resolution, which is exactly what the separate
gorm.io/gorm 1.30.0 -> 1.31.2 renovate PR wanted -- so that PR is
already satisfied, no separate cherry-pick needed.
