Incorporated: #2 (@vitejs/plugin-react 6.x), #5 (vite 8.x), #6 (react major), #4 (react-router-dom v7), #10/#9/#8 (node/actions/setup-node/checkout bumps), #1 (Dockerfile node 24). Left out: #3 (eslint 8->10) -- eslint-plugin-react@7.37.5's peer dependency only supports eslint up to ^9.7, so this genuinely cannot be taken yet without an eslint-plugin-react update first, not just a small fix. Also included an unrelated .eslintignore fix for dist/ (same gap already fixed in render-dmarc-ui). npm install/lint/build all verified clean.

Legacy ESLint config doesn't respect .gitignore, so npm run lint
breaks for anyone with a local build present. Same fix already applied
to render-dmarc-ui.
