Bulk consolidation of the open Renovate PRs into a single branch, cherry-picked individually and verified to build along the way.

Incorporated

#1 fix(deps): update module github.com/emersion/go-message to v0.18.2
#3 fix(deps): update module github.com/prometheus/client_golang to v1.24.1
#4 fix(deps): update opentelemetry-go monorepo to v1.46.0
#6 chore(deps): update dependency go to 1.27 (note: the branch's actual commit only bumps the go-version pin in .forgejo/workflows/lint.yml; it does not touch the go directive in go.mod, which stays at 1.25.0)
#2 chore(deps): update docker.io/library/golang docker tag to v1.27
#7 chore(deps): update actions/checkout action to v7 (major, CI-only)
#8 chore(deps): update actions/setup-go action to v7 (major, CI-only)

All 7 are incorporated; none were left out.

Notes

#3 and #4 both touched overlapping go.mod/go.sum require blocks; conflicts were resolved by hand-merging to the newer version on each line, followed by a go mod tidy commit to fully reconcile go.sum.
#7 and #8 both touched .forgejo/workflows/lint.yml/bump-tag.yaml; these auto-merged cleanly.
Verified after the Go dependency bumps and again at the end: go build ./..., go vet ./..., and go test ./... all pass clean. .forgejo/workflows/*.yml validated as well-formed YAML after the CI action bumps.
