Consolidates 3 open Renovate PRs into a single branch, cherry-picked in dependency-risk order and verified to build/vet/test at each stage.

Incorporated:

  • #1 fix(deps): update module github.com/miekg/dns v1.1.56 -> v1.1.73 - cherry-picked, plus a follow-up commit running go mod tidy (go.sum update) and bumping the go.mod language directive from 1.22 to 1.25.0, since miekg/dns v1.1.73 itself requires go 1.25.0. No source code changes were needed.
  • #3 ci(github-action)!: Update action actions/checkout v4.4.0 -> v7.0.1 - cherry-picked cleanly (auto-merged with the setup-go bump in the same workflow file).
  • #4 ci(github-action)!: Update action actions/setup-go v4.3.0 -> v7.0.0 - cherry-picked cleanly.

All three original PRs are incorporated; none were left out.

Verification performed on this branch:

  • go build ./..., go vet ./..., go test ./... all pass clean.
  • .forgejo/workflows/lint.yml and .forgejo/workflows/bump-tag.yaml parse as valid YAML after the action version bumps (no build-and-push workflow exists in this repo).
