Consolidates 3 open Renovate PRs into one branch, cherry-picked and verified individually:

  • #1 (fix(deps): update module github.com/miekg/dns v1.1.46 -> v1.1.73) — incorporated. Required a follow-up go mod tidy commit to refresh go.sum and bump the go directive (1.22 -> 1.25.0, forced by miekg/dns v1.1.73's own go.mod minimum). No source code changes were needed; go build ./..., go vet ./..., and go test ./... all pass.
  • #3 (ci(github-action)!: Update action actions/checkout v4.4.0 -> v7.0.1) — incorporated. CI-only change, cherry-picked with one trivial auto-merge in .forgejo/workflows/bump-tag.yaml. Workflow YAML validated with yaml.safe_load; existing with: inputs (fetch-depth, persist-credentials) are still valid for checkout v7.
  • #4 (ci(github-action)!: Update action actions/setup-go v4.3.0 -> v7.0.0) — incorporated. CI-only change, cherry-picked with one trivial auto-merge in .forgejo/workflows/lint.yml. Workflow YAML validated; go-version input still valid for setup-go v7.

All three original PRs are fully incorporated; none were left out. Final state builds, vets, and tests clean.

go.sum was missing entries for the bumped dependency, and miekg/dns
v1.1.73 requires go >= 1.25.0, so the go directive is bumped
